The final deduction will be made after our services are complete. In case of a booking error, it is the user’s responsibility to check their email for booking confirmation and contact Shinypro within 24 hours for any changes or cancellations.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not pleased with Shinypro’s services, you are required to report your concerns within 48 hours after service completion via phone or email. A ticket will be issued for the case, and a team will be sent for a re-clean. If customers are still not satisfied with Shinypro’s service, a certain percentage will be refunded from the total cost.

Cancellation Policy
Shinypro allows customers to cancel their booking within 24 hours after their booking time without any charges applied. Cancellations made after 24 hours of the booking period will incur a $50 fee. If the team has arrived at the site and the customer cancels immediately, the full price will be charged for compensation.

Unsafe Working Conditions
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the job site is safe. If the property is deemed unsafe, the Shinypro team has the right to refuse to work. In such cases, a $100 fee will be charged for withholding our booking system and team compensation.

Breakage and Loss Policy
If our team causes any property damage or loss, report the issue within 24 hours after service via phone or email. A form will be issued for the claim, which must be resubmitted within 14 days after the date of the incident.

Legal Matters
Any legal matter in relation to Shinypro must be addressed by an authorised governing body in the relevant jurisdiction.

Internet Footprint
Shinypro is not liable for its footprint on the internet and has not reviewed every third-party link. Users click on external links at their own risk.
